MARKETview Education Partners is seeking a bright, talented, and motivated individual to join our Information Technology team. This individual will be a critical contributor to a high growth technology business applying deep industry experience and leading-edge technology in support of our college and university partnerships.
This role will serve our internal and external customers with the highest level of care, providing technical assistance, problem-solving and support in the following ways:
Responsibilities:
- Address support requests for external users, primarily account setup/reset
- Address support requests for internal users regarding hardware, software and networking
- Guide users with simple step-by-step instructions in all support cases
- Administer Azure Active Directory for user access
- Provision user accounts in external systems
- Conduct remote troubleshooting
- Create technical documentation and manuals
- Administer Windows hardware through Intune and Mac hardware through Jamf
- Monitor and respond to security alerts
- Ensure monthly and quarterly audit requirements are being met
Minimum Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Working knowledge of security practices and anti-virus/malware programs
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer oriented attitude
- 2-year degree or relevant IT Certifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- CompTIA A+ (or equivalent) Certification
- Azure Administrator Associate Certification
- Azure Sentinel Certification
- Azure Desktop Administrator certification
