About the role:

Are you currently working in higher education admissions? If so, are you interested in expanding your influence from one to many by empowering schools across the country to better identify, engage and serve students? We’re looking to build our Go-to-Market team by hiring an Associate Director, Client Engagement, who is curious, driven and dedicated to helping our partners at college and universities grow and/or shape their future classes using the MARKETview platform. You will be a key driver in helping colleges and universities hit their goals and drive business outcomes and, in the process, help our team reach its marketing and revenue goals. We’re an early-stage company so you need to be scrappy and comfortable with ambiguity. This also means you will have a massive impact on the trajectory of the company.

What you’ll do:

  • Leverage your curiosity to uncover challenges facing higher education leaders
  • Use your knowledge of higher ed to educate prospects on MARKETview’s solutions
  • Research colleges and universities that could benefit from MARKETview and develop relationships and establish trust with the teams at those schools
  • Create, execute and measure outreach campaigns to target schools
  • Cultivate and qualify new marketing leads and help them become MARKETview partners
  • Work closely with Business Development and Marketing teams on various projects that support the Go-to-Market strategy
  • Support the team at industry conferences and events

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience
  • Experience serving institutions of higher education, specifically in enrollment management, admissions, academic affairs, student affairs and/or advancement
  • Computer literacy; proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot is a bonus
  • You’re innately curious to learn ‘why’ and ‘how’ and are a self-starter who likes to get their hands on new problems
  • Unquestioned ethics and clarity around doing the right thing for our client partners, for your co-workers, and for the company
