MARKETview welcomes Molly Earle, joining the team as a Client Success Coordinator.
Molly graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing as well as a Bachelor of Arts in French. At Richmond, Molly was very involved in her professional business fraternity, coaching underclassmen through interviewing, resumes, and other professionalism skills. She was also a French tutor and writing consultant. In these experiences, Molly expanded upon her love for helping others, and before MARKETview, she served as a marketing intern for the Association of Social Work Boards. Conducting research on social media usage among Social Work programs in their partner schools sparked her interest in the Higher Education field.
Molly is organized, eager to learn, and loves building relationships with people from diverse backgrounds. She engages in active listening to understand how best to support the people around her and the projects she is a part of. In her free time, Molly enjoys watching soccer and baking from scratch. She is always up to share a laugh or French music recommendations.
Molly says, “I am looking forward to learning from the MARKETview team and connecting with clients to better support their individual needs.”
